Week 53, Entry 2

Since the night of my birthday, things have not been as good as I would like them to. I had a slight pain in my back the night of the dinner, and then woke up June 1 in such pain that I could not even tilt forward. So I could not work, and had to lie down all day to even be able to move around in the evening.

Today I saw Hank and he helped me stretch out. But I was so sore that I couldn't do much today, either, and so I have missed a second day of work this week, which makes me feel sad, because I like my work.

I need to go take pain medication again, I've missed it by about 2 hours now.
