Week 8, Entry 2

Got to the podiatrist. Podiatrist says that my arches have fallen, and the cause of that is my overly stiff heel-cord tendon, and the likely cause of that is my walking on my toes since I was a wee lad. So it's time to get inserts, and that's happening tomorrow. I've also got to wear shoes all the time, no bare feet around the house. Shoes always, and with the inserts starting tomorrow.
